Counseling Services
I provide adult individual counseling. My counseling style is a person-centered approach (PCA). The PCA is grounded in the assumption that people are able to create solutions to their
own problems; when people are able to participate in a self-directed, non-judgmental, empathic, and genuine therapeutic relationship, their abilities to find solutions can be enhanced.
I have a bachelors and masters degree in social work and am an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I provide EMDR, cognitive, and solution-focused counseling. These types of counseling have been shown to be effective in helping people cope with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.

Fees and Office Hours
My session fee is a client-selected fee of $35.00-$50.00. Please choose within that range, based on your ability to pay, and the value you place on the experience.
Corphealth (Humana) and Aetna health insurance accepted. Insurance carriers may be added, please call to see if I accept your insurance for payment.
Mostly evening appointments.
